1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Quadrciano English Learning ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Quadrciano English Learning provides online and in-person English language education services including but not limited to:

• Business English training programs
• IELTS preparation courses
• Conversational English lessons
• Academic writing instruction
• Custom English language programs

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Attend scheduled lessons punctually and prepared
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Use course materials solely for personal educational purposes
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted materials

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the following terms:

• Full payment is required before the start of each course or program
• Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
• Late payment may result in suspension of services

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Individual lessons may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Course cancellations made 7 days before start date receive 100% refund
• Course cancellations made 3-6 days before start date receive 50% refund
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days before start date
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, audio recordings, and video content, are the intellectual property of Quadrciano English Learning. Users may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share materials with third parties
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our materials
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source materials

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadrciano English Learning shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from interruption of services
• Technical difficulties or equipment failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide consistent service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical difficulties
• Force majeure events
• Government regulations or restrictions

10. Code of Conduct

All users must adhere to our code of conduct:

• Maintain a respectful and professional environment
• Refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
• Respect the learning environment of all students
• Follow instructor guidance and classroom rules
• Report any concerns or violations to management

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Inappropriate behavior or conduct
• Suspected fraudulent activity

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario.
